30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Requests made on the 31st day or later are not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility & Condition

Items must be in original, brand-new condition (unused and unactivated).
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals must be included.
Personal accounts (iCloud, Google) and passcodes must be removed before returning devices.

Fees & Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover 100% of return shipping costs via a prepaid UPS label.
Standard Returns: For changes of mind or incorrect orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Inspection: Once received at our Pennsauken warehouse, items are inspected within 2 business days.
Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

How to Start a Return

Get Approval: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 24 hours.
Ship it back: Use a trackable carrier (UPS recommended) to our fulfillment center at 175 Derousse Ave, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08110.
