5. Billing Information Accuracy

7. Sales Tax & VAT

As a USA-based business, The Phone Supply Co. complies with state and local tax regulations. Prices listed on product pages are excluding sales tax.  Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination and added to your total at the checkout screen before you finalize the payment.

8. Digital Wallet Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)

When using digital wallets, the shipping information stored in your wallet app will be imported to our checkout. Please ensure your Apple Pay or Google Pay address is up to date to avoid delivery issues.

9. PayPal Transactions

10. Cryptocurrency Payments

For customers choosing to pay with crypto, please ensure you send the exact amount requested by the gateway. Transactions sent to the wrong wallet address or via the wrong network cannot be recovered. Refunds for crypto payments will be issued based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.

11. Payment Discrepancies & Disputes

If you notice a discrepancy on your billing statement that does not match your order confirmation, please contact our support team at customerservice@thephonesupplyco.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues within 2 business days.

12. Immediate Billing

Your payment method will be charged at the moment the order is successfully placed. This ensures your items are immediately reserved in our Pennsauken, NJ, warehouse and prepared for our 1–3 day processing window.

13. Policy Against Fraudulent Activity

We monitor all transactions for fraudulent patterns. Any attempt to use stolen credit cards or engage in "friendly fraud" (unjustified chargebacks) will result in a permanent ban from our store and will be reported to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and relevant authorities.
