Payment Captured

Once the order passes fraud review and is confirmed, your payment is captured in full. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase.

Order Fulfilled & Shipped

Your order enters our 1–3 business day processing window. A shipping confirmation with your UPS tracking number is emailed once the package leaves our warehouse.

Important — High-Risk Order Holds: If our fraud detection system flags your order as medium or high risk, we may pause fulfillment and contact you to provide additional verification — such as confirming your billing address or providing a government-issued ID with sensitive information redacted. If we are unable to verify the order within 3 business days, it will be canceled and a full refund issued to your original payment method. This process protects both you and us from unauthorized card use.

Sales Tax Collection

As a U.S.-based online retailer, The Phone Supply Co. complies with all applicable state and local sales tax laws. Following the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018), online sellers are required to collect sales tax in states where they exceed certain economic nexus thresholds.

  • Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination's state and local tax rate.
  • The applicable tax amount is displayed as a separate, clearly labeled line item before you confirm and pay for your order.
  • Tax rates vary by state, county, and municipality. The rate applied to your order reflects the current rate for your exact delivery address.
  • Product prices listed on our site do not include sales tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your location.

Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices and browsers. Your shipping address stored in Apple Wallet is imported automatically. Please verify that your Apple Pay address is up to date before completing checkout to avoid delivery issues. Apple Pay transactions are authenticated via Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Google Pay

Google Pay is available on Android devices and compatible browsers. Your saved shipping and payment information from your Google account is pre-populated at checkout. Ensure your Google Pay address is current before proceeding. Google Pay transactions are authenticated via your device security settings.

PayPal

Selecting PayPal at checkout redirects you to PayPal's secure website to authenticate and complete your payment. Once approved by PayPal, you are returned to our store for order confirmation. We receive only a payment confirmation from PayPal — your PayPal credentials are never shared with us.

Address Accuracy Matters: When using any digital wallet, the shipping address imported from your wallet application is the address we use to fulfill your order. We are unable to modify a shipped order's destination. If your wallet address is outdated, update it in the respective app before checking out, or manually enter your preferred shipping address in our checkout form.
Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and USD Coin (USDC) through our secure cryptocurrency payment gateway. Crypto payments work differently from card and wallet payments — please read the following terms carefully before choosing this option.

  • Send the exact amount: When your crypto payment is initiated, the gateway displays the precise amount to send in the applicable cryptocurrency. You must send the exact amount within the time window shown — short payments or overpayments may result in processing delays.
  • Network confirmation times: Crypto transactions require blockchain network confirmations before your payment is considered final. Depending on network congestion, this can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. Your order will not begin processing until the payment is confirmed on-chain.
  • Correct network only: Always send the payment using the network specified by the gateway at checkout. Sending USDC on the wrong blockchain network, for example, will result in permanent loss of funds that cannot be recovered.
  • Network fees: Blockchain transaction fees ("gas fees") are your responsibility and are separate from your order total. Ensure your wallet balance covers both the payment amount and the applicable network fee.
  • USD value at time of purchase: The USD equivalent used to calculate your order total is locked at the time you initiate your crypto payment. Market price fluctuations after that point do not affect your order total.

Crypto Refund Policy

If you are entitled to a refund on an order paid with cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued as follows:

Please double-check all payment details before broadcasting a crypto transaction.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Address Verification (AVS)

The billing address you provide at checkout is checked against the address on file with your card issuer. Significant mismatches may result in the order being held for review or declined.

CVV Verification

Orders confirmed as fraudulent — including stolen card usage — are canceled immediately. We report confirmed fraud to the cardholder's issuing bank and, where appropriate, to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Policy Against Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@thephonesupplyco.com before disputing a charge with their bank. Most issues are resolved faster through us. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Verification Requests — Your Cooperation Helps: If we contact you requesting identity verification, this is a routine protective measure and does not mean we are accusing you of anything. We simply need to confirm that the person placing the order is the authorized cardholder. You may be asked to confirm the last four digits of your card, your billing zip code, or provide a government-issued ID with sensitive details blacked out.
