Depending on the U.S. state you reside in, you are entitled to one or more of the privacy rights described below. These rights apply to the personal information The Phone Supply Co. (owned and operated by The Illustrious King Limited Co.) holds about you as a customer or website visitor. You do not need to be a California resident to submit a request — residents of all 50 states are welcome to use this form.

The Phone Supply Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states. We honor privacy requests from residents of all states, including those with dedicated comprehensive privacy legislation.

What Happens After You Submit
Your request is handled by our privacy compliance team. We do not use automated systems to deny requests. Here is exactly what happens:

Identity Verification
We verify your identity by matching information against our records. We may send a follow-up email if additional verification is needed.
Request Processing
Once verified, we process your request within 15 business days. For complex deletions, we may extend by an additional 15 days and will notify you.
Written Confirmation
We send you written confirmation of the specific action taken and the date it was completed.
No Retaliation
Your ability to purchase products, the pricing you see, and service quality will not change because you submitted this request.

We will send a verification link or code to the email address you provided. Your request will only be processed after successful verification. We may request additional information if the initial details cannot be matched to our records.

Thank you. We have received your privacy request and will send a confirmation email to the address you provided within 24 hours. Your request will be processed within 15 business days of identity verification. You will receive a written confirmation when the action is complete.

Residents of all other states may also use this form to submit privacy requests, which we will honor on a best-efforts basis consistent with applicable FTC guidelines.
