Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Window

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time the order is placed.

  • If you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, we can guarantee a full refund and stop the shipment process.
  • If your request is made after 24 hours, your order may have already been processed or handed over to our carrier (UPS). In such cases, the order cannot be canceled and must be treated as a standard return (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team immediately through one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to customerservice@thephonesupplyco.com with the subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]."
  • Live Chat: Use the live chat feature on our website during our business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST).

Please provide your full name, order number, and the reason for cancellation to help us process your request faster.

3. Order Cut-Off Time & Same-Day Processing

Please be aware that our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM (CST).

  • If you place an order at 11:00 AM and request a cancellation at 11:30 AM, we can stop it immediately.
  • However, if you place an order at 12:50 PM, it may be processed and loaded onto the UPS truck by 1:30 PM. In this scenario, even if you are within the 24-hour window, the physical shipment may have already left our warehouse.

4. Cancellation After Shipment

If an order has already been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel the order.

  • In this case, you must receive the package and follow our 30-day Return Policy.
  • Please do not refuse the delivery, as refused packages are often lost or delayed in the carrier's system, which may delay your refund.

5. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

Once a cancellation is confirmed:

  • We will issue a 100% full refund (including any shipping fees paid) to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  • Most refunds appear in your bank account or credit card statement within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Cancellations by The Phone Supply Co.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any of the following reasons:

  • Pricing Errors: If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch.
  • Stock Unavailability: If an item suddenly becomes unavailable or out of stock.
  • Fraud Prevention: If our security system flags the order as "high risk" or potentially fraudulent.
  • Address Issues: If the shipping address provided is invalid and we receive no response from the customer after 48 hours of trying to contact them.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed immediately.

7. Change of Shipping Address

If you do not want to cancel the entire order but only need to change the shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours. After this period or once the order has been processed for shipping, we cannot modify the destination address due to UPS security protocols.

8. Policy for Pre-Orders

If you have placed a pre-order for an upcoming device, you can cancel it at any time before the official shipping date for a full refund.
