You will receive a UPS tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page. Transit times are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@thephonesupplyco.com. We will open a UPS claim on your behalf and either reship the order or issue a full refund once the claim is investigated. Once a carrier marks a package as "delivered," responsibility for theft or loss passes to the recipient, though we will assist with filing a claim in good faith.

Package the item securely in its original condition. For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid UPS return label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We inspect returned items within 2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. No restocking fees are charged on any qualifying return.

Items must be: returned within 30 days of delivery; in original, unused condition; with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included; free from physical damage caused by the customer. Screen protectors that have been applied to a device are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless defective from the manufacturer.
