After spending more than 25 years working in wireless, consumer electronics, and retail sales, I kept seeing the same problem repeat itself: customers wanted quality accessories from brands they trusted, but their real options were overpriced big-box stores, questionable marketplace third-party sellers, or generic products that underdelivered.

Our 30-Day Return Process

Email support@thephonesupplyco.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of delivery.

Receive Authorization

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and sends you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions.

Ship the Item Back

Package the item securely in its original condition and ship it using a trackable carrier. For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid UPS label.

Inspection & Refund

We inspect the returned item within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Important: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
